Haiti Diversity Special a success at the World Cuisine Station at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center today

Emmanuel Volcy from the production team presented Haitian cuisine and music as part of the Diversity Special at the World Cuisine Station at the cafeteria at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center this afternoon during lunch.

The Special menu consists of:
-Haitian Fried Fish 
-Spicy Coleslaw
-Plantain
-Rice with black mushrooms and pigeon peas

and a choice of bottled water, 8oz soda or any size fountain beverage. All for only $6.95. 
 
The special was a success! It was sold out by 130pm!
