Although the weather was a little chilly yesterday, (High 54 Fahrenheit, Low 42 Fahrenheit) the Food and Nutrition team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center brought a little spring and summer inside the cafeteria. Yesterday we offered a sumptuous BBQ combo special at our World Cuisine station. For only $8.95, the combo consisted of St.Louis Ribs, Chicken Wings, Steak tips, potato salad and broccoli cheddar fritters accompanied with beverage.
At the entree station, an Italian theme was offered- Chicken Parmesan, Italian meatloaf, garlic bread, zucchini & tomatoes, country mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Also a special mention of our famous stuffed pizza. Ravi made an incredible broccoli and cheddar stuffed pizza for the pizza station.

Of course, our salad bar with 27 fresh and healthy selections is always available
