Diversity Luncheon- "A Taste of Jamaica" at the World Cuisine Station on Thursday, March 10




Baafour Gyewu, cook at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center Burlington will be presenting "A Taste of Jamaica" during lunch at the world cuisine station next Thursdday, March 10. 

Baafour's profile
Baafour was born in England. His father is from Ghana and his mother was born in Jamaica. His favorite food is seafood. 

Baafour has been working in the food business for 27 years. He has worked in England and the United states. Prior to his employment at Lahey, Baafour worked in hotels, sports facilities and hospitals. 

Baafour loves food and people! He finds great satisfaction when he sees a smile on peoples' faces after they savor his cooking.

For only $6.95, customers could enjoy:
- Braised Beef
- Coconut Rice & Beans
- Sauteed Cabbage

A bottle of water or any size fountain soda.
