Fusion Plate Challenge by Jeffrey Collins, Sous Chef, on Wednesday, August 24,2016




Jeffrey Collins, Sous Chef, will be presenting Armenian and Cuban Cuisines as part of Executive Chef, David Cox's Fusion Plate Challenge. 

Chef Jeffrey Collins will present the following menu at the World Cuisine Station during lunch on Wednesday, August 24,2016:

Pork Kebab
Cuban Rice Stuffed Grape Leaves
Lavash Empanada
Roasted Eggplant Salad
