Our Executive Chef, David Cox, presented the first Lahey Chefs fusion plate challenge during lunch at the World Cuisine station.
The Menu consists of:
Chicken Satay Enchiladas
Lemongrass tomatilla rice
Blackbeans with coconut curry
Sweet chili corn fritter
The event was very well received.
Thank you Chef Dave for introducing diversity through food at the cafeteria.
